Thousand Island Quilters Guild Tammy Spencer     The Thousand Island Quilters' Guild held their Quiltfest 2007 show from June 15th to 17th, 2007 and presented the OQC Rosette to Tammy Spencer for best bed quilt - pieced. Tammy's winning quilt was the result of a class taken from Elizabeth Lake at the Perfect Stitch Quilt Store in Kingston. The quilt was an advanced appliqué sampler. Tammy machined pieced and hand appliquéd it and then quilted it herself on her own long arm quilting machine.
