This was a large show sponsored by the Bruce County Museum and Archives, and it had quilters from five different area guilds: Bluewater in Owen Sound, Five Star in Teeswater, Kincardine Sunset, New Millennium Quilters in Walkerton, and Queen's Bush Quilters from Markdale.
The winner of the OQC Rosette out of the many quilters there was June Sparling of Owen Sound. Her quilt called "Willard Wonder" was a machine pieced wall-hanging that was begun at a workshop with the well known quilter John Willard. June finished it with her own "intricate pieced border -- not something John usually does with his work."
