Caryl's piece, called Star Struck, was President's Choice winner for her use of colour and her impeccable stitching. Caryl has been quilting for only five years. Her stunning quilt was made using Jackie Robinson's Quilt Collector's Series pattern. This quilt incorporates the very old and well loved log cabin blocks and zooms it into the nineties with the use of many 3-D units throughout the quilt.
