Halton Hills Quilters Guild Kay Hannah     The Halton Hills Quilters Guild held their show, Symphony of Quilts, on the weekend of May 1st & 2nd, 2004 and presented the OQC Rosette to Kay Hannah. Kay's piece, called "Trip Around the Garden" won Viewer's Choice Award. Kay's quilt started with a kit purchased at Quilt Canada 2002 but she enlarged it, replacing two of the original fabrics with six tea-dyed fabrics of her own. The quilt was machine pieced using a method similar to Bargello. It was machine quilted by Linda Robertson from Quilters Cupboard in Burlington.
