Windsor Quilt Guild Elsie Archer     The Windsor Quilt Guild held their 2007 Quilt show, Quilted Treasures, at the Novelletto Rosati Sports Complex, on the weekend of May 4th to 6th, and presented the OQC Rosette to Elsie Archer. Elsie's piece was a Jewel Tone Bargello and it won Viewers' Choice. Elsie's reasons for doing this quilt were straightforward - she liked the rich colours of the fabrics, and thought the Bargello pattern very pretty and wanted to try it.
